Please Rate the books you based upon the following qualities:(Lets just start with the wagering department, since those are the guys that answer 90% of your calls)
And dont get mad sportsbook owners this could be a good opportunity for you to find out what your employees are lacking on, and from there we can begin to improve upon the already great service like fat bonuses, Toll Free numbers, and great online products that you are trying to offer the gambling public.

* Lack of timely payroll.

Oops, you meant customers. Wouldn't that better in the general forum?

The last sportsbook I worked for I'd rate 12 on the 10-scale for English -- really. But they paid 50-100% above industry and only had to hire 6-10 clerks for chat-based internet only support. Friendliness 10+, Efficiency 3 (not their fault), Accuracy 7. The book suffered mostly from bad financial and product management, Customer Support was top notch except where crippled by those deficiencies.

I think two that many will answer are:

1. Couldn't beat them, they had me by the nuts every time I seemed to put a play in.
2. I finished my rollover requirement to claim my bonus. No other reason to be there.

I can't remember ever leaving a book. Bad habit of mine I suppose. Then again I use customer service almost never. In fact I am almost peeved when I do have to use them for signups or to get bonuses in the system. I see no point in betting on the phone, but that is just me I suppose.
